Hauke was invited to present some of the group’s recent work at the annual meeting of the German Mineralogical Society (DMG) that took place last week in Jena. The talk entitled „Strength of (Mg,Fe)O Ferropericlase and the Fate of Subduction Slabs in Earth’s Lower Mantle“ was scheduled in a session about „Mineral physics and the deep Earth’s interior“.
